Leah received her baby blessing on the 4th of July. It was a really sweet day, especially since my mom and I got the dress done in time. Leah, you should know that we lost a lot of sleep and you discovered your thumb during the hours we spent making your dress.
I am so glad you finished your dress in time. I know you were worried about it. I wish I could have seen it. I went to church for the first time here in Texas and I was sure lonely in the nursing lounge. :)
I never got to see her suck her thumb on Saturday, so that that was sweet seeing her do it! The dress is beautiful. I am so impressed with your skills.
Seth and Makenzie have been married since December 2005. We just welcomed the newest and cutest member of our family, Ruby, born December 30th, 2012. Bowen is our happy 5-year-old and Leah is our energetic 3-year-old. Seth runs his own internet marketing company and Makenzie is a stay at home mom and loves it!

I was just impressed with the picture of the flag cake until I read that you sewed her dress, haha! You are so talented!
Apparently we did the same thing on the 4th... blessed a baby and BBQ. Leah looks so cute in the dress, you did an amazing job making it!!
